the process
The analysis of samples is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and we offer a maximum 36 hour turnaround from receipt of sample's. Each sample is analysed by chemists then the facts are passed to one of our engineers who will formulate a diagnostic report and suggest best course of action. Normally the engineer will have knowledge of your system's and operations therefore making meaningful and realistic comments. We provide sterile sample bottles and can supply equipment necessary to take the sample.
the benefits
If you have key equipment and plant that relies
upon fluid power to work then
there are inherent risks in the use of the equipment. It is a costly
mistake to 'wait till it breaks' in
industry and this is often the
situation in busy and over stretched maintenance teams.
How can there be confidence in a system unless there is analysis and trend data available which can be used to predict system condition and make a calculated estimate of a trouble free operating period.
By implementing our managed approach to filtration best practice, the risk of costly, potentially catastrophic breakdowns will be reduced with an increase in production availability and an increase in operating profit.
The positive environmental impact of our service will reduce the supply and disposal carbon foot print by maximising fluid life and minimise the need to purchase new and dispose of old fluids.
